We guarantee that our plumerias are true to the name and in prime condition when they are delivered. Customers are responsible to understand the nature of plumerias, plant growth variance due to changes in weather, how to care for plumerias and fertilization. Please remember that location, climate, and temperature are also a factors of growing plumeria and color of flowers. First blooming from cutting will not be as big and color may be slightly different than adult/ mature plumerias. We only ship our plumeria cutting within the United States.
