Acer palmatum or Japanese Maple is a small tree, slow growing with small root structure.  It can be grown in container, small space or closer to the building/wall.  They are acid loving plant.  Many variety can be grown in full sun or half day sun and some can be grown in filtered shade/partial sun.   Use acidic soil when you planted the maple.  They like moderatly water so be sure each times you watered, watered well and throughly.  Feeding with japanese maple fertilizer.  Here is the example that we have available, there are so much more in our nursery, varieties may various due to the season and time of the year.


Brilliant scarlet in early spring with attractive foliage bugunday red coloring during summer. This slender, airy tree is well-suited for use as a small lawn tree or for patios and entryways. One of the hardiest of Japanese maples, with good sun tolerance. Deciduous, small root structure.  Acid loving soil with moderately water. It’’s slowly reaches to 15 feet tall and 10 to 15 feet wide.


Very similar to bloodgood, some sources said, it is a seedling of bloodgood.  Therefore, the caring and sun explosure will be as similar as bloodgood.  Similar in color except the shape of the leaves if you look closer and it is a little bit more of upright growing habit than bloodgood.


The deep dissection of the beautiful purple leaves produces an attractive lacy appearance. This graceful, small tree creates a stunning focal point or accent for lightly shaded gardens, patios, and entryways, and is ideal for containers. Deciduous. Plant reaches 3 to 5 feet tall.  Does well in full sun, half day sun or partial shade.


aka Coral Bark, Brilliant red-coral bark on its young branches with color that intensifies in the fall and winter. Deeply cut, pale green leaves display attractive red margins and turn a vibrant, golden yellow in fall. Thrives in bright dappled shade and half day sun in warmer regions, or in full sun in cooler regions. Deciduous. Upright growing habit.


One of the best weeping maple with beautiful bright green leaves, more deeply cut leaves, longer cascading branches, and knockout fall foliage—changing from emerald green to bright gold tinged orange. Does well in partial shade, filtered sun, or morning sun in our area.  Slow frowing to 6 or 7 feet tall which can be trimmed back to remain the size.

    I am looking for dwarf banana potted plant either rajapuri or cavendish variety. Do you carry them. Also little gem mango plant if you have them.

      We don’t ship the potted plant. Sorry. You will have to come to our store to get the japanese maple which we have them available from 5 gal and up.
